U7-U8 (2016-2017) - Future Academy U9-U14 (2010-2015) - SCCL Academy/Select & Elite 64 Session 1 - 5:15-6:45 p.m.: NOTE: Times/locations are subject to change. Please register prior to 9:00 p.m. on May 21st to be included on rosters for tryouts. Players who are not registered prior to that time will be required to complete the online application at check-in before going out to the fields. U15-U19 (2005-2009) - SCCL Select & Elite 64 Session 1 - 3:30-5:00 p.m.: NOTE: Times/locations are subject to change. Please register prior to 9:00 p.m. on May 29th to be included on rosters for tryouts. Players who are not registered prior to that time will be required to complete the online application at check-in before going out to the fields. Please arrive 30 minutes early on the first day of tryouts to check-in. Sign up here to volunteer at check-in! IMPORTANT 2023 DATES: The Tryout registration link for Academy and Select will be live by May 1st. If your player would like to be evaluated for the upcoming soccer season with the United Futbol Academy, please be sure to register him/her online. Simply go to our website at www.UnitedFA.org, log into your account and search under AVAILABLE PROGRAMS for "2023-2024 NORCROSS Academy/Select Tryout Registration”. (Instructions on how to set up an account in the new registration system can be found here.) There is no cost to tryout. However, all players must register online. Players will not receive their tryout ID number until they have been registered. Tryouts will be held on the dates set out below. Players should attend all 3 sessions for their age group. IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND TRYOUTS, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF TEAM PLACEMENT AND NO SPOTS WILL BE RESERVED. Please do the following: 1. UNIFORMS: Fitting and Order Information As a part of our ongoing partnership with Arsenal Football Development, the 2023-24 Arsenal Pre-Game jersey is part of the Annual Uniform Requirement for all teams. The 2023-24 jersey will be available in the Lloyds online uniform catalog beginning with Uniform Fitting dates in June. All UFA players for the upcoming seasons, returning and new, will be required to purchase the annual Pre-Game jersey. (Please note: Arsenal changes their pre-game jersey style every year. That is why it is a required uniform item that needs to be purchased by all players annually.) Returning players: UFA discussed last year’s jersey shortage issue with Adidas and Arsenal. To help make up for the wait in receiving the orders this past year, they have agreed to provide the pre-game jersey to UFA Academy/Select players at a reduced price this 2023-24 seasonal year. (The pre-game jersey was going to be $55; parents will only be charged $35 upon Checkout.) Please Note: Adidas is not anticipating any delays this year. The upcoming season will be the second year of a two-year uniform cycle so all new players need to place an order. Once your player's uniform order has been placed, there will be NO exchanges. With that in mind, players are strongly encouraged to attend a scheduled uniform fitting. Players will receive an email from sales@LloydsSoccer.com. (Please be sure to add this in your email contacts so it does not go to spam.) This upcoming season will be the second year of a two-year cycle. All players will have to order the complete uniform package in June. Once the player's uniform order has been placed, there will be NO refunds or exchanges.
